If you eng eng and staying around NE area, come down every sunday afternoon to Punggol Park and see the fun of remote speedboats. At least for me, I will walk around the big compound, and once the engine of speedboat start, which is damn loud, I will cheong to mummy and hug her legs. Isn't that fun??

Mummy has not been consistantly updating the blog, she has no inspiration on what topic to write. She doesn't want to keep writing about monthly progress and yet there is no special event or gathering. Mummy has in mind a few places to go whereby we can take some nice photo to blog (hopefully, well let's see), namely: Night Safari, Chinese Garden (Lantern Festival) and to Punggol park to see Daddy's remote speed boat. Shall we invite Justin along, maybe we can have a small picnic. (Mummy pls bring some good food as Aunty Joy had provide a good variety of food) Hopefully mummy is not lazy to go to those places mentioned above. Have I told you that my mummy is becoming more lazy... while she doesn't need to cook for me as Binte (our new maid) has been doing it for her, Mummy will join me in my nap (and I had to wake her up) and sleep as early as 9.30pm with me. Mummy, pls get your butt moving!! You want to become fat again!!!

We went hotel stay at Raffles the Plaza to catch live fireworks. The room is bigger than what mummy expected. We have a balcony facing Marina bay to watch the full display of fireworks for 15mins. All my cousins came to join us in the hotel room and we enjoyed ourselves so much! It's such a nice and cosy room.

Mummy and Aunty Joy have been talking about visiting each other during the weekend (since we are staying quite near) so that Justin and I can meet more often to interact.

So finally 1 fine sunday, mummy decided to move her butt and bring me to Justin's house.

I had fun playing Justin's toys and having snacks with justin. The Cheerios are yummy. Seeing me enjoying so much, Aunty Joy gave me a big box of Cheerios and some cheese.

Mummy ask aunty Sel to tag her again if there is any interesting topics. So today there is a new hot topics about Daddy. What does my daddy likes or dislikes??? No No No... it's not what daddy likes or dislikes, it's about 10 things what mummy dislikes abt Daddy. Whoops... next time mummy sure will write what she dislikes about me! Why does mummy always complaint one huh??

What are the dislikes:

1. Daddy likes to order many many food and in the end cannot finished.

2. Daddy always take long cuts instead of short cuts when driving. (He go big big rounds to get to destination)

3. Daddy also likes to dozed when he is driving (aircon too shiok liao but Very dangerous ya know!)

4. Daddy don't like people to cut his lane and he will drive fast fast to block other cars.

5. Daddy does not like to wait for mummy when he is picking her up. Mummy must reach earlier to be picked up. (Mummy sometimes waited for 15mins leh, stand until leg pain. But hor mummy, Daddy waited for you in the office for 1 hr even though he can leave early).

6. When mummy trys to tell Daddy jokes, he never understand what is mummy saying. (in other words, no sense of humour)

7. Daddy poo poo very long in the toilet. (Daddy you must learn from me, I can poo very fast, even when I'm standing I also can poo fast)

8. Daddy never wash up his plates or cups after using. (okie, I know mummy will make me do it when i'm old enough)

9. Daddy likes to go Funan and SimLim.

10. Last and the most dislikes... Daddy plays too much computer games! (Daddy, becos of you, mummy will forbid me from playing any computer games! She prefer me to do art and craft thing).

Meaning of GEZANN

Mummy is tagged by Selina jiejie to write out about the meaning of my name. Okie, you will probably not find my name in baby name's books (if you ever see it, please tell my mummy hor). My name was being 'modified' out from my mummy and daddy.

I should write on how they found Gezann instead of meaning of my name

Mummy got to know that she is having a little princess when she went for her 5th month scan, she started to search for a name. As usual, she will look thru baby name books and searched by her favourite alphabet. Mummy prefer to have 2 syllables while Daddy prefers to have 1 syllables and straight away Daddy wants to name me Xann. Mummy was like "AH! It sounds so simple as that???" Again, mummy says "I better choose the name myself."

Mummy went on to search for a few names but all names were rejected, only Ezann sounds similar to what daddy wanted to name me. So he ask mummy to hold on to this name.

Mummy was supposed to have a c-section on the 9th of Dec 2005, so on the 4th of dec, Daddy called up mummy excitedly to say that he has the right name for me: Gezann.
Mummy says I must have like this name too, because upon hearing what name they got for me, I decided to pop out the next day, 5th Dec. (sounds logical meh??)

There is no meaning to the name yet, but we will let our little sweetie to tell the meaning of her very own name.

Mummy and daddy got me new shoes as I'm outgrowing my current shoes soon. I'm still consider small in size at my age but my feet keep growing and Daddy feels that I look like Ronald Mcdonald's in the big shoes. Here are the shoes:

These days things are not getting my way as mummy thinks that I am getting advanced into my 2 years old terror altho I'm only 17mths old today. Daddy has taught me some news words and songs. I'm very good at pronouncing the word 'MONSTER'. Kekeke... wait till you see how 'monster-ism' I can get.

This is a picture taken with castro kor kor carrying me when we had dinner at Bottletree, Sembawang park (food is soso). He loves to carry me that way and kiss me everytime he sees me.

These are some little help I can do when I am asked to:

- Close the bedroom door
- Throw away diaper into the bin (including new diapers...rhahaha)
- Pick up things on the floor and give it to mummy

Rasa Sentosa

Yes it's sentosa again... Mummy says we will be staying at Rasa Sentosa over the weekend to enjoy the sea and sand. It's a celebration for mummy's 30ish birthday and my sweet seventeen (month). Oppss ok, I missed out my sweet 16th posting. Mummy has to be diligent in updating the blog hor.

Here's what I enjoy at the Playhouse. I love the little tikes house. (mummy is contemplating if we should get one at home but but... no place to store leh.)

While I was having my nap nap, mummy snapped some pictures of the seaview out from the room's balcony.

After my nap, we are all ready to go for beach play. Here we go,

Mummy was thinking that I may not like the feel of sand. As it turns out, I am more than happy to dig, sweep and throw the sand all over my head, hands & feet.

(So, my little darling is not the gentle and prim gal)

We ride the beach tram along siloso beach, and decided to have sushi for dinner.

The following day, after breakfast, I had a swim in the pool. This is what I truly enjoyed and I refused to get out.

We went Underwater World outing today, was supposed to meet with my baby friends but end up I was late... We met RJ and Justin, took a picture with justin.

New Car Seat

I'm 14th months old today, how fast time flies!!! I'm no longer a baby, am a toddler now (though my size still makes me a baby... hee hee). Daddy upgraded my car seat to front facing since I'm a big gal now. It's Cool man!!! Now I can see cars, buses and motors zooming by. What's most comfy is I can feel the breeze of cool aircon blowing in my face... *yawn* It makes me zonk out faster while on road trips. (mummy loves this car seat... kekeke).

Finally I see 2 digits in my age - 10 months (Diez meses). This is getting more and more fun. Mummy says I'm gonna drive everyone nuts again with my new tricks. Mummy relax lah, I'm still learning to cruise nia. But I can do 'Flying Kiss' now, isn't that sweet? This is the new trick I learnt. I will give 'flying kiss' to mummy and daddy everyday before they leave for work. *muack*

Mummy went for a day trip to Jakarta, Indonesia (90mins flight from SG). While on the plane, someone mistaken her as Indonesian, even air stewdardess spoke to her in Bahasa (Indonesia native language)*pout*.

This is a very short trip and mummy still have time to shop around to get something for me. She got me a 'strawberry shortcake' ball (I like to play with ball nowadays) and some baby books.

Kindermusik Trial Class

Que pasa? (What's up?) I'm attending my first baby class today. It's kindermusik (why not 'music') at Tanglin Mall with all my friends (amigos). See this big soft ball, we get to play with, to make us stay active before the actual class begun. We have to form a big circle so that I can see all my friends and we were taught to play along with the music singing sessions.

la la la la la la la la say hello to Gezann

Gesh... I wasn't keen in the singing, I was biting the rattle and screaming away. Yes, I'm making a fuss cos it' s my nap time. Next we have another stomping and singing again. (Bleh...I couldn't concentrate on the singing, I'm trying to get my way out.) This time, we have a colour scarf to play peek-a-boo and it attracted my attention so I play along for awhile before I start to crawl away AGAIN(Mummy, it is my class and I should decide what I want to do). When it's time for parachute play, I happily crawl under the big tent while they flipped it up and down. Shooo...

The other times were dancing merrily go round with a long colourful scarf, mummy was too tired and daddy took over to bring me along the dance. (First time daddy is doing all this just for me, he really LOVES ME leh!!!)

We also have a relaxation session to wind us down. Babies cannot be over-stimulated, we need sometime to relax. We get to have a drum drum session, each of us were given a drum to play our own music. Shanice and I were happily exchanging drums and hitting it in our own rhythum. boom boom boom...

The class ended with a group photo session. And I already can't wait to crawl my way out. Looks like kindermusic is not my type. Mummy says will try out Gymboree next time.

Meet my Small Yi Yi

Visiting Aljunied Ah Mah

I went to aljunied ah mah (mummy's mum) house today. It used to be a difficult day for me cos I'm always crying and refused ah mah to carry me. I will stared hard at her and cried silently like a kitten with big drop tears down my cheeks... Today, it started with abit of wailing and after exploring the place with my superb crawling skills, I finally got used to it and was playing with ah mah happily. Ah mah has been trying very hard to pacify me and I know I'm not a good gal for rejecting her. Sorry ah mah... I will ask mummy to bring me to your house more often and remind mummy to take a photo of ah mah and me! So come back here to check out my aljunied ah mah soon!

Sept 5th - Mi Nueve Meses

I'm nueve meses (9 months) old today. I used to do snail crawl and butt raising. But now, I have progressed and learnt more new stunts to drive everyone crazy!!!

- Crawls on fours from one corner to another
- Sit from crawl postion

- Pick up biscuits and feed myself

Strangely, I didn't make a fuss when I step into Uncle Melvin's (Daddy's Friend) house in Bukit Panjang. We have been waiting to visit Uncle Melvin's house since early this year, it has been a 'nong nong' wait. As soon as we reached, Daddy (the chef today) has to go into the kitchen to start preparing food. Yes, my Daddy can cook well. Don't ask about mummy she can only cook maggi mee. Here I am relaxing on the carpet. I can't wait to come again, I will bring my swimsuit for a pool dip next time!!!

Introducing Missy Bun Bun!!! She is from Korea and she has been my sleeping companion since mummy brought her back from Koshney (Korea). Isn't she lovely? I got fascinated by her colourful flower buds and also her soft long ears - I love biting her ears. Kekeke... Come! Let's strike a pose!

My First Swim

Mummy got me a swimsuit and is eager to bring me for my first pool dip. We have to take a 20mins car journey to Sembawang Country Club (Gu Zhang and Gu Gu is member of this club). Mummy hurriedly change me into my Gap pink fish swimsuit and daddy went into the pool with me. Why Dadddy?? Cos mummy can't fit into her bikini anymore and she hasn't got herself a nice tankini to cover her tummy, so it's daddy with me for my first swim.

Well I must say I'm a brave girl. I didn't fuss or cry at all. I got used to it barely 3 mins into the pool and I started smacking the water. It splashed all over my face and I enjoyed it!!! haha!!! See the smile on my face, hee hee...

Boy or Girl??

Mummy gets angry when people ask if I'm a boy or girl even though I'm dressed in pink and skirt. So sometimes mummy just dress me up like a boy. How do I look, huh?

Mummy is leaving me for Korea Trip

This is the first time mummy is leaving me for company trip to Korea. She is so unwilling and has been telling me that she is gonna miss me zillion times!!!

Here we are sending my mummy off at Singapore Changi Airport T1. Before I could send her off, I fell asleep in mummy's arm and it makes mummy even more upset that she burst into tears. *sob sob* (The feeling of separation is too much pain to bear!!!)

While in Korea, mummy has been calling home every nite to check on me. I'm a good girl and Daddy has been taking good care of me in the nite. Mummy say she will bring back some presents for me. Let's check out when she is back!
